Most outdoor venues are accessible. Indoor events require Specific Category authorisation. For events near airports or in controlled airspace (e.g., Luxembourg City), we coordinate with DAC for permits. Allow 2 to 4 weeks lead time for restricted zones.
Standard outdoor events: 1 to 2 weeks notice is enough. Events requiring airspace authorisation or near restricted zones: minimum 4 weeks. We recommend booking early for peak seasons (summer festivals, end-of-year events).
