Most creative work in Luxembourg is judged in a meeting room. Ours is judged on a billboard at Cloche d'Or, in a LinkedIn feed, on a shop window in Esch and in a Google Ads report. SHINE is a creative agency built around that difference: we design the brand, we produce the content, and we run the channels where it has to perform.
That is why clients like Autopolis, RAK Porcelain, CFL, Nexvia and La Duchessa come to us for the whole chain. A logo is not the deliverable. A brand people recognise, trust and buy from is. So every identity we design ships with the photography, the video, the website and the social content that bring it to life, from the same team, in the same month.
We work in English, French and German, from Luxembourg City, for companies across the Grand Duchy and the Greater Region. Founded in 2021 by Jonathan Oesch and Rui Martins, we are a small team by design: the people you meet at the briefing are the people who make the work.

WHAT WE CREATE FOR YOUR BRAND
Brand identity and logo
Naming, logo, colour and type system, brand guidelines. We build identities that work at 4 metres on an LED screen and at 40 pixels in an app icon.
Graphic design and print
Brochures, packaging, signage, presentations, trade-show stands, vehicle wraps. Print-ready files, checked with the printer, delivered on time.
Campaign creative
One idea, every format. Key visual, headlines in three languages, adaptations for social, display, out-of-home and the LED screen we run at Cloche d'Or.
Content and storytelling
Brand stories, founder interviews, employer branding and product launches. Written and produced to be read, watched and shared, not filed.
Photo, video and drone
Our own studio team: photographers, filmmakers and EASA A2 certified drone pilots. Video from 999 EUR, photography from 500 EUR, drone from 350 EUR.
Web, social and advertising
Websites from 3,000 EUR, social media management from 650 EUR a month, paid campaigns on Google, Meta and LinkedIn from 750 EUR a month. The creative and the media in one plan.

Listen
A 30-minute call, then a workshop with your team. We leave with your goals, your audience, your competitors and the one thing your brand has to say.
Define
Positioning, message and creative direction in one document you can sign off. No surprises later: every design decision traces back to it.
Create
Identity, key visuals, content and campaign assets, produced in house. You see work in progress every week, not a big reveal at the end.
Launch and measure
We roll the work out on your site, your channels and your media. Then we report what it did: reach, leads, sales. Creative is a business tool, so we measure it like one.

In Luxembourg the terms overlap. A communication agency plans what a brand says and where; a creative agency designs how it looks and feels. SHINE does both, and adds the third part most agencies outsource: the production of the video, photo and web that carry the message.
Yes, natively. Our team writes and produces in all three, and we adapt campaigns for Luxembourg's mixed audiences rather than translating one master version. Luxembourgish voice-over and copy are handled with local partners.
That is our preferred way to work. La Duchessa, a restaurant in Luxembourg, is a full example: identity, content, photography and digital presence from one team. A rebrand typically runs 6 to 12 weeks depending on the number of touchpoints.

Our studio is at 18a rue de la cimenterie in Luxembourg City. Most of our clients are in the Grand Duchy; we also work across the Greater Region, in Belgium, France and Germany, and further when the brief fits.
