TWO CREATIVES, ONE MISSION, ZERO COMPROMISES.
SHINE started when two creatives with complementary skills found each other. In 2017, Rui, a visual communication specialist who'd built his career across Paris, Brussels, and Luxembourg, discovered Jonathan's motion design work on Instagram. Rui was producing content projects and saw the potential of combining his visual storytelling expertise with Jonathan's digital and design skills.
That first collaboration sparked something bigger. Together, they began producing video content (music videos, creative projects, brand work), sharpening a shared creative language while building real production experience. For two years they developed their craft alongside full-time roles, until the demand made going independent the obvious next step.
In 2021, they founded SHINE. By then, they'd spent enough time on both the creative and corporate side to see a clear gap: marketing agencies focused on strategy but outsourced production. Production companies made beautiful content with no strategic thinking behind it. Nobody connected the two.
SHINE was built to bridge that gap. High-quality creative production plus real strategic marketing, under one roof. One team that owns the full journey from concept to conversion.
